About these texts
- Who sends them. ChipmoAI's automated assistant, an AI. Every text comes from ChipmoAI's own phone line, (858) 293-7184, and says it comes from ChipmoAI's automated assistant.
- What we send. Replies to your messages and, when it helps, a private link for sending photos of your project. No marketing, no review requests, no reminders and no invoice texts.
- Only our own line. This sign-up is only for ChipmoAI's own phone line. Texting for client businesses isn't offered today. If it is ever offered, it will need its own registration, terms and consent.
- How often. Message frequency varies.
- Cost. Msg & data rates may apply.
- Stop and help. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPT OUT all work. For help by email, write to hello@chipmoai.com.
- Hours. Apart from replies to STOP and HELP, we text only from 9 AM to 8 PM in your local time.
- Your choice. Signing up is not a condition of buying anything.
- Sharing. We don't share mobile numbers or text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing; we share them only with service providers that carry our messages.
- Records. We keep texting consent and opt-out records for at least 4 years.
- Separate from our other forms. Sending the pilot request form does not sign you up for texts. Neither does requesting the website demo call. This form does not sign you up for anything else.

After you sign up
We save a record of your sign-up: your number, the exact words you agreed to, their version and the time. Texts from ChipmoAI's phone line start only after our texting registration is approved; until then we send none.
