Terms of Service
These are the terms for using the ChipmoAI website and services, in plain English. In these terms, "we" and "our" mean ChipmoAI. We may update this page; the date at the bottom shows the latest change.
Using this website
This website describes our services. It's general information, not legal, tax or business advice.
No guarantee of results
We work hard to answer calls and book jobs well, but we don't guarantee any number of calls, bookings, revenue or other results. Example reports on this site use sample numbers.
Acceptable use
Don't use our website or services to:
- break the law;
- send spam or other unwanted messages;
- harass, threaten or abuse anyone;
- misuse the service, for example by trying to get around its security, overload it or interfere with how it works.
Service agreements
Pilots and plans are covered by a separate written agreement with each client, including prices, cancellation and data handling.
Not an emergency service
Chipmo AI is not a substitute for 911 or a utility's emergency line. Calls, transfers and texts depend on phone networks and outside providers and can be delayed or fail. In an emergency, call 911.
Website provided as is
This website is provided as is.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about this website or our services is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or lost profits. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or violation of law. If you are a client, your written agreement with us controls where it differs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts in San Diego County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
